A 31-year-old man has been charged with five offences in relation to a series of burglaries in Leicester city centre.Stephen Watkins, of no fixed address, was charged overnight with two burglaries of shops and business premises in King Street in the early hours of Friday.He is also charged with three attempted burglaries of nearby premises at around the same time.Watkins is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning.A convenience store and a hairdresser's were amongst those...
